Kristen completed the Advanced Psychotherapy Fellowship at Cathedral Counseling Center in 2014.  She remains an active participant in psychodynamic study groups throughout the city and is currently working on a book regarding mental health and the adaptation to college.

Before pursuing a career as a therapist, Kristen worked as a nonprofit management consultant. Kristen’s passion for organizational health, professional development and employee motivation eventually led her to in depth study of human behavior. She has a keen interest in helping individuals lead authentic, rich and fulfilling lives and believes deeply that psychotherapy can produce the kind of self-confidence and clarity people are so often seeking in their lives.

Professional interests include: Women’s issues, grief and loss, identity/role issues (e.g., sexuality, gender, professional, parenting), anxiety and emotional reactivity.
