Marta engages each client with openness and respect. She understands that making changes in one’s life may feel daunting, and she is committed to creating an emotionally safe environment conducive to exploring issues of concern.

Marta tailors her therapeutic approach to the unique needs of each client, operating from an insight-oriented perspective while also integrating solution-focused interventions.

Prior to beginning a private therapy practice, Marta developed her clinical skills while serving children and adults impacted by trauma who were involved in the child welfare system in the greater Chicago area. In addition to her private practice, Marta continues to collaborate with community-based agencies as a mental health consultant.

Marta currently works with individual clients ages 15 and up. She also enjoys working with families and couples. Her professional interests include: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges,
