MSW: University of Chicago
Todd is interested in exploring with his clients how they encounter the world, others, and themselves. This exploration includes understanding how we have inhabited social roles, formed relational patterns, and developed our sense of self. Looking at both how they have survived and thrived, this exploration can give greater freedom and flexibility in deciding how to engage, modify, and adapt these roles, patterns and sense of self.
He completed his MSW at the University of Chicago after obtaining his MA from Yale University. He also trained as an intern at the Chicago Institute for Psychoanalysis and completed the Advanced Psychotherapy Fellowship at Cathedral Counseling Center in 2017. Todd remains active in his studies and has published several articles and book chapters on psychology and human development.
