Project Description

MARCY FISCHGRUND, LCPC

“If we talk, it will get better.” Marcy is motivated and passionate in working alongside clients who are struggling with areas that might not feel so good inside. That might take the form of racing thoughts, sadness, impactful memories or anything else that is aiding in feelings of discomfort. She believes that together, you both can work through distressing feelings. She is interested in being introduced to your inner world, and emphasizes emotional, physical and psychological safety throughout the therapeutic alliance.

Marcy values authenticity, not only in forming and maintaining the therapeutic relationship, but with importance on clients re-connecting with their most authentic selves. She tends to focus on meandering through unresolved issues from the past and helps facilitate an exploration into how these matters may show up in relational dynamics.
